T-Visas and U-Visas

A T-Visa is a visa that allows for victims of human trafficking in other countries to come to the United States legally, along with their family members, to work temporarily.

A U-Visa is a non-immigrant visa for victims of crimes, along with their family members.  Persons who are willing to work with law enforcement during the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity that they were victimized in are eligible to apply for a U-Visa to come to the United States legally.
