Sgt. Koroski and Ptl. Hochman responded to a dispute at 7:10 a.m. The matter was found to fall under the NJ Domestic Violence Protection Act. The incident was turned over to the Morris County Superior Court - Family Division.
Ptl. Gallagher investigated criminal mischief at 11:24 a.m. A Beech Drive resident reported damage to a mailbox.
Ptl. Rolph stopped a vehicle on Route 10 at 9:04 a.m. The driver was found to have two active warrants. Patrols arrested the 42 year old Parsippany, NJ resident, who was committed to the Morris County Jail.
Sgt. Mautone and Ptl. Gallagher responded to a Route 10 business parking lot for an unconscious person. Upon patrols arrival a victim was found lying in the lot with no pulse. Patrols started CPR and were able to resuscitate the victim. The Morris Minute Men Emergency Medical Services and MICU responded and transported the subject to Morristown Medical Center for further treatment.
Sgt. Rolph investigated a fraud complaint at 2:09 p.m. The complainant reported fraudulent activity on his ATM card totaling in more than $2,600.00 in charges. The investigation is ongoing.
Sgt. Rolph investigated harassment at 2:16 p.m. The complainant reported receiving harassing telephone calls for several months. The matter is under investigation.
Ptl. Rolph stopped a vehicle on Route 10 at 12:08 a.m. The driver was found to have a suspended drivers license. Patrols arrested the 27 year old Newark, NJ resident.
Ptl. Hochman responded to a Route 10 business for the report of people in the parking lot soliciting. Patrols located three individuals in the parking lot soliciting for money. All three were found to be pending deportation through ICE and had June 2012 court hearings. The three subjects were placed under arrest, issued summonses for soliciting without a permit and later released.
Ptl. Gallagher arrested a subject at 12:45 p.m. The 29 year old Morristown resident was wanted on an active Morris Plains warrant.
Ptl. Gallagher stopped a vehicle on Lealand Road at 2:15 p.m. The driver was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Paterson, NJ. The 45 year Morris Plains resident was placed under arrest.
Ptl. Gallagher investigated criminal mischief at 7:51 a.m. The complainant reported that during the night someone entered his rear yard and flipped all the lawn furniture and toys over. The complainant did not find any other damage.
Ptl. Rush arrested a subject at 8:27 p.m. The 32 year old Boonton, NJ resident was wanted on an active Morris Plains warrant and committed to the Morris County Jail.
Ptl. Gallagher investigated harassment at a local business at 2:38 p.m. The victim reported receiving harassing messages from a former co-worker. Patrols spoke to the accused and adjusted the situation. The victim was advised how to sign complaints with the court if the incidents continued.
Sgt. Mautone and Sgt. Ewert responded to a local business about an intoxicated man possibly armed with a handgun at 10:19 p.m. Patrols confronted the actor who appeared to be despondent. Patrols were able to take the subject into protective custody and transport him to the hospital for evaluation.
Sgt. Koroski investigated a burglary to a building at 12:37 p.m. The building had been forcibly entered and approximately $4,000.00 worth of equipment was stolen. The investigation was turned over to the detective bureau.
Ptl. Gallagher investigated harassment at 10:16 a.m. The incident was determined to fall under the NJ Domestic Violence Protection Act and was turned over to the Morris County Superior Court - Family Division.
Ptl. Rush investigated harassment at 8:44 p.m. The victim, who is a landlord, reported receiving harassing communications from his tenant. The complainant was advised on how to seek redress with the court.
Ptl. Hochman stopped a vehicle on Route 10 at 11:10 p.m. Patrols found the driver had a suspended drivers license and an active warrant. The 35 year old Morristown, NJ resident was placed under arrest.
Ptl. Gallagher was investigating suspicious activity at the Morris Plains train Station at 8:37 a.m. When interviewing a female at the scene, patrols discovered an active arrest warrant for the subject. Patrols arrested the 48 year old Florham Park, NJ resident and turned her over to Waldwick Police in default of bail.
Sgt. Mautone investigated harassment and suspicious activity at a local business at 8:32 p.m. Employees have twice previously reported an unknown male subject hanging around the business and harassing the employees. Patrols were able to locate the subject and identify him. A trespass warning was issued to the actor and he was allowed to leave. The investigation is ongoing.
Ptl. Gallagher investigated harassment at 8:46 a.m. The victim reported that her Icloud account was hacked and she was now receiving harassing text messages. The incident is under investigation.
Ptl. Gallagher stopped a vehicle on Route 10 at 12:41 p.m. The driver was found to have a suspended drivers license. The 20 year old Morristown, NJ resident was placed under arrest.
Sgt. Koroski stopped a vehicle on Route 10 at 12:16 a.m. The driver was found to have a suspended drivers license. The 29 year old Levittown, PA resident was placed under arrest.
Ptl. Hochman and Ptl. Gallagher, with the assistance of Paterson Police, arrested a subject at 7:17 p.m. The 26 year old Newfoundland, PA resident was wanted on a Morris Plains warrant and committed to the Morris County Jail.
Sgt. Koroski stopped a vehicle on Route 10 at 2:30 a.m. The driver was found to have a suspended drivers license. The 26 year old New York, NY resident was placed under arrest.
Sgt. Ewert and Ptl. Rolph responded to an assault at 10:27 a.m. Patrols arrested a 57 year old resident for assault. The incident was determined to fall under the NJ Domestic Violence Protection Act and was turned over to the Morris County Superior Court - Family Division.
Sgt. Koroski responded to a dispute at 8:50 p.m. The dispute was between neighbors over parking on the street. Patrols were able to temporarily adjust the situation.
Det. Rapp investigated a theft at a local business at 2:55 p.m. A customer reported a cell phone was stolen while at the business. The investigation is ongoing.
Det. Rapp, with the assistance of East Hanover Police, arrested a subject at 4:03 p.m. The 25 year old West Orange resident was wanted on a Morris Plains warrant and was committed to the Morris County Jail.
Ptl. Rolph stopped a vehicle on Speedwell Avenue at 8:39 a.m. The driver was found to have an active arrest warrant. The 45 year old Parsippany, NJ resident was placed under arrest.
Sgt. Ewert investigated harassment at a local business at 3:03 p.m. Employees reported a subject was hanging around the business bothering employees. The matter is under investigation.
Ptl. Rolph investigated a theft of gasoline at 7:55 a.m. A subject filled up with gasoline and fled the area. Patrols are investigating.
Sgt. Koroski stopped a vehicle on Route 10 at 9:01 p.m. The driver was found to have a suspended drivers license. The 42 year old Budd Lake, NJ resident was placed under arrest.
Sgt. Koroski stopped a vehicle on Route 10 at 9:26 p.m. The driver was found to have a suspended drivers license and two active warrants. The 25 year old Elizabeth, NJ resident was placed under arrest.
Sgt. Koroski investigated criminal mischief at 4:48 p.m. Patrols identified a person of interest in the matter. The detective bureau is investigating.
Ptl. Hochman responded to a Route 10 business at 3:37 p.m. for the report of a dispute. The dispute was determined to be verbal only between an employee and a customer. The matter was adjusted by patrols.
Ptl. Hochman and Ptl. Gallagher, with the assistance of the Wallington Police, arrested a subject at 3:55 p.m. The 36 year old Saddle Brook, NJ resident was wanted on a Morris Plains warrant. The subject was committed to the Morris County Jail in default.
