Position: Police Department Patrolman

Requirements:

Borough of Morris Plains, Morris County

The Morris Plains Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Patrolman.  Applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 35 years of age, meet requirements of N.J.S.A. 40:14-122 and be PTC certified, or provide proof of taking the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police entrance level examination within the past twelve months and obtain a minimum score of 70.  Applicants must also possess an Associate’s Degree from an institution accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, or completed 65 credits towards a degree from a similarly accredited institution, or be honorably discharged from the U.S. Military.
